At Iron Studios, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the original items in their secure packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized courier location and keep your receipt to track the status of your refund or exchange.
